Regulatory framework
This service is operated under the applicable rules and regulations of Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. Where required, the licensee obtains approvals or permits from the relevant UAE government authorities.
Where it runs
Where a company is established and where its software runs are separate questions, and both matter to you. Money Glitch is hosted on a single server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, so your data is processed in the European Union even though the operator is not established there.

Who is responsible
ChartViews AI F.Z.E, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, reachable at support@chartviews.ai.
The service is operated from the United Arab Emirates and is not directed at the European market: it is offered in English, priced in US dollars, and not marketed in or to the Union. No representative under Article 27 GDPR is appointed. The service is reachable from anywhere, which is not the same thing as being aimed anywhere.
Separately from where the company sits: the server itself is rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, so the data physically rests in Germany. Those are two different questions and neither answers the other.
The rights set out below are granted to everyone who uses Money Glitch, wherever they are and whichever law reaches them. Two of them work without asking anyone.
What we hold, and why
Your access key. When a key is issued we store a hash of it, the first few characters so it can be identified if you write in, which methods it opens, an optional label, and the times it was created, first used and last seen. Not the key itself — a hash cannot be turned back into one. There is no account here: no email address, no name, no password. The key is the whole credential.
Your devices. A key opens on three devices. To count them we store a random number this server made up and put in a cookie, together with when that browser first and last used the key. It is not a fingerprint: nothing about your browser, screen, address or location is measured, so the record can say that a browser came back and nothing at all about who or where.
Your order. If you buy something we keep the payment reference, which package it was, the amount, and when it was paid. Your key is readable on the confirmation page for seven days so you can come back for it, and is then deleted from that record — after which the only trace of it here is the hash.
Server logs. Our reverse proxy records requests, including IP addresses, in the system journal. This is what makes it possible to investigate an attack or an outage.
Nothing else. There is no analytics, no visitor counter, no profile, and no third-party script of any kind. No page on this site asks you for anything about yourself.
Cookies
Two, and both are ours. mg_access holds your key so you do not have to enter it again on the next page, and mg_device holds the random number that counts this device against your three. Neither can be read by JavaScript and neither is sent anywhere but here. There is no advertising cookie, no tracking cookie and no third-party cookie, which is why you have never been shown a consent banner.
Who else sees it
Two companies, and only what each needs. Stripe takes the payment. The checkout is a page on Stripe’s own domain, so your card number never reaches this server and is never held here; Stripe keeps what a payment processor keeps, including the email address you give them for the receipt, under their own privacy terms. Hetzner Online GmbH rents us the single server this runs on, in Germany, and acts as a processor for hosting.
Nobody else. Fonts and images are served from that same server, so no request leaves for anyone else while you read. Nothing here is shared or sold.
How long
A key record is kept for as long as the key exists. A revoked key keeps its row so the same key cannot quietly come back, and the row is deleted outright if you ask. Device records go with it. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires them, minus the key, which is wiped after seven days. Server logs age out of the system journal on their own and are not copied anywhere else.
Your rights
Write to support@chartviews.ai to ask for a copy of what is held against your key, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to ask us to stop a particular use of it. Deleting the record means the key stops opening anything, so it is worth being sure. These are offered to everyone regardless of where they live and regardless of whether any particular data protection law reaches this service.

What Money Glitch is
Money Glitch is a product of Chartviews AI (chartviews.ai), operated by ChartViews AI F.Z.E. It is written material: methods for building income online, set out as modules, checklists and files you can download. It is education, and nothing more than that.
What it is not
It is not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. It is not a job, a franchise, or a business opportunity, and it pays you nothing. No figure anywhere on this site is a promise, a projection, or a typical result — the amounts named are targets with the arithmetic and the preconditions shown beside them, and most people who buy material of this kind earn nothing from it. What you get out of it depends entirely on the work you put in.
Your access
Access is granted by a key rather than an account. Anyone holding the key can open what it opens, so keep it to yourself. A key is issued for one person; one that is published, shared or resold may be revoked.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and each is a single payment — there is no subscription and nothing renews. Payment is taken by Stripe on their own checkout page; we never see or hold your card details. As soon as the payment is confirmed a key appears on the confirmation page. Save it: it is what opens the lessons, on up to three devices.
Refunds. Fourteen days, provided the key has not been used to open a lesson. Once the material has been opened it has been delivered, and that is the point at which a refund stops being possible. If your key never arrived, or arrived and does not work, write to us and it is fixed or refunded the same day. Nothing here reduces whatever rights consumer law in your own country gives you.
Availability
This is a small service on a single server. We try to keep it up, but we do not promise an uptime figure. The material is downloadable for exactly this reason — keep your own copy of anything you would not want to wait for.
Ending it
You can stop using it at any time, and you can have your key record deleted by writing to the address above. We may revoke a key that is being used to attack the service or to break the law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, where ChartViews AI F.Z.E is established. If you are a consumer, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions in the country where you live, and it takes nothing away from the rights in the privacy notice above, which are offered to everyone whichever law reaches them.
